For the kids, the hardest thing is trying to decide just what to do first. Whether
it's the horses, fishing, boating, playing in the barn, in the creeks, hiking
or just running loose, the one thing you won't hear from the kids is
"there's nothing to do". For a sampling of things to be done,
click on that smiling face to your left.

For the Grown-ups, often just watching the kids having the time of their
lives is enough. But at Sugar Cove, joining in on all the fun is what it's
all about. However, when your energy level has peaked, there's always that
front porch overlooking the beauty of nature. For a partial list of things to
do, click on that resting couple to your left.
But be careful not to disturb them.

Lake Chatuge is a beautiful alpine lake, 1925 feet above sea
level, at the highest reaches of the Tennessee Valley watershed. Located
about 3 miles from the farm, the Lake is great for fishing,
swimming, touring, and water sports. Click on the
canoe to your left. |

Lake fishing on Lake Chatuge is some of the best in North Carolina
or Georgia. Fly Fishing is available in Shooting Creek, the Hiawassee
River, and in many other local creeks and streams. Select the
big catch to your left. |

World-class Golf is available in cool Spring, Summer and Fall weather
at three local courses. Brasstown Valley was built to please Georgia
Governor Zell Miller and is a credit to the entire area. Chatuge Shores is
a fun and challenging course only minutes away from the farm. Click on the
green to your left. |

There are always horses at the farm and you are welcome to bring
some more. You can ride on the farm, or on the many miles of nearby trails
in the forests, or take a short ride to the Chunky Gal Stable for some
fabulous rides. Select the
horse to your left. |

There are fun things to do in places neighboring the farm as well. From white
water rafting for the adventurous, to spending endless hours shopping in the
eclectic antique and craft stores that litter the roadways for the more
adventurous. For a taste of what’s out there, select
the rafters to your left and hold on.

Work and all things associated with it. Remember, this is a setting for those
that want to kick back and relax. There will be time for the hustle and
bustle of everyday life, but until then, we've compiled a short list of
things we don't do at the farm. Select the
T.V. on your left (which happens to be one of those things on the
list) to view what Not To Do's.
